4. Shipping and Delivery

• Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Decor Your Door is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

• You are responsible for confirming that your garage door, mounting surface, hardware, and operating system are suitable for the product.
• Installation, adjustment, removal, maintenance, and continued use of the product are performed at your own risk.
• Decor Your Door is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect measurements, failure to follow instructions, unsuitable surfaces, pre-existing damage, or misuse.
• Potential damage may include paint peeling, scratches, dents, hardware damage, component failure, breakage, or garage door malfunction.
• We do not guarantee compatibility with every garage door material, paint finish, surface condition, configuration, or operating system.
• The product must not interfere with tracks, rollers, hinges, sensors, springs, cables, weather seals, handles, locks, or other moving components.

Stop using the product immediately if it becomes loose, damaged, improperly positioned, or interferes with normal garage door operation.
