Refund Policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items if the measurements were taken incorrectly. We always ship exactly what you ordered, so we kindly encourage you to measure your door carefully before placing your order to ensure you get the perfect fit!

note that some of our designs are created using AI-generated images, and while we strive for quality, variations may occur, these are not considered defects, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on personal preference and difficulty with installation, all sales are final.

Damages and Issues  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom Artwork Modification Policy
Our customization tool allows customers to upload artwork, add text, and personalize their design directly on our website. We print all custom uploads exactly as they are submitted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their uploaded artwork is readable, complete, and print ready.

If a customer requests additional edits such as text removal, text replacement, redesigning elements, or any artistic modification in the order notes, these changes cannot be made unless the customer purchases our $50 customization service.
We do not alter or fix uploaded designs for free. Any design modifications require the paid customization fee, and custom orders are printed exactly as received.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items  
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, If the LED light does not function as expected, this is not considered a damaged product. We encourage customers to ensure that fresh, high-quality batteries are used and to check the app settings.

Exchanges  
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds  
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
