1. Close your garage door before starting installation.
2. Clean the top area of the garage door so the surface is free from dust and dirt.
3. Remove the liner from the Velcro strip and press it firmly onto the top area of the garage door.
4. Attach the top of the cover to the Velcro.
5. Use the elastic hooks at the bottom to secure the cover to the first hinge area of the garage door.
6. Make sure the cover is smooth and secure, then enjoy the new look.

This usually happens when the elastic cords are pulled too tight or the top surface was not cleaned well before installation.

For best results:

• Fully extend each elastic cord.
• Hook them lower, not too high.
• Keep the cords slightly loose.
• Make sure the top area is clean and dry before applying Velcro.

For maximum hold, open the garage door fully, apply the Velcro along the very top edge, attach the top of the cover while the door is open, then close the garage door. Once closed, the cover sits behind the weather stripping and presses against the frame for a more secure hold.

Our covers are designed to fit standard sectional garage doors and allow normal garage door operation.
