Free-shipping minimum: Eligible made-to-order cover orders of $49.99 USD or more after discounts qualify for free shipping. Orders below $49.99 have a $20 USD shipping charge. The minimum applies to the order subtotal, not each individual cover. Separate Velcro orders and clearance items retain their own shipping terms.

1. United States Shipping

• Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  Free on eligible U.S. cover orders of $49.99 or more after discounts. Orders below $49.99 have a $20 shipping charge.

• Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
  Available for $29.99.

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and the order has shipped.

2. International Shipping

• Express Shipping: typically 3–5 business days

• We proudly ship worldwide, with free shipping on eligible cover orders of $49.99 USD or more after discounts. Orders below $49.99 USD have a $20 USD shipping charge.

• Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time may begin processing the following business day.

• Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have entered processing or production.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Important Shipping Information

• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are later lost or stolen.

• Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.

• Packages cannot be rerouted after shipment.

• Refused deliveries or incorrect addresses may result in additional charges.
